These Carrier Rollers come in a pack of 3 and are suitable for installation in 500mm belt width conveyors. They conform to JIS dimensions. They are highly durable and long lasting.

Punched roller housings are finely machined around the edges to improve their fitting precision. This improves the precise interference fitting between the housing and the tube. The double seal deep groove ball bearing with C3 interference fitting is press-fitted into the finished bearing housing and are welded as a set within the tube. Finally, non-contact multiple labyrinth seals are incorporated in its waterproof design to improve its anti-corrosive properties.

Such precision and care in the manufacturing process results in low internal stress and deformity of the conveyor rollers due to heat.
