For durable screening of material in the mining and quarrying industries, the ADPlus Heavy-Duty Rubber Panel is made from a premium grade abrasion resistant rubber compound. It is exceptionally resistant to excessive impact stresses commonly associated with primary or secondary screening and scalping. This product's 50mm thickness makes it suitable for cushioning the impact from the falling materials.

Available Options

The ADPlus Heavy-Duty Rubber Panel comes in 2 wear options: High Wear & High Flow. Different options are suitable for different positions on the screen deck. The High Wear option is advisable for the initial section of the screen deck where material is fed. The High Wear option provides for an impact zone with zero apertures to increase its wear life. The High Flow option has the maximum number of apertures throughout its screen surface to maximize its screening efficiency. This option is suitable for all other pieces.

The ADPlus Heavy-Duty Rubber Panel has several standard aperture size options available. These are rectangular slotted apertures. The lower number always determines the material product size that you are trying to screen. If your desired aperture size is not one of the standard aperture size options available and needs to be customized, there may be additional charges involved. We will reach out to you for your approval if there are any additional applicable charges.

Delivery Time
