EASY INSTALLATION - This metal detector is easy to installed and can be installed on existing 1050mm belt conveyors without cutting the belt.

SAFETY - A large Emergency Stop push button is located on the front panel, which can be activated to stop the conveyor belt when necessary for safety.

AUTOMATIC STOPPAGE - It can be configured to automatically stop the conveyor belt when necessary.

WARNING BEACON - Comes standard with a prominent warning light beacon which lights up GREEN whenever it is ready to operate and lights up RED whenever tramp metal is detected over the sensing unit.

ADJUSTABLE SENSITIVITY CONTROL - Allows the user full control over tramp metal size before automatic stoppage of the conveyor belt. This is done by turning a calibrated dial within the control panel.

ADJUSTABLE TIME DELAY CONTROL - A time delay function offers protection during automatic stoppage of the conveyor belt. This is done by turning another calibrated dial within the control panel.
